CAMPAIGN Set-Up Fees:

• $95.00 per-hour scripting and programming rate. Initial and on-going account activity.
• $15.00 per-hour staff and agent training rate. This is on-time rate.
• Recruiting, Training (1 week \ Trainee) & ‘Up-Training’ PER COST INCURRED
• $5,000.00 Security deposit. Following 120 days of service IAT will credit the security
  deposit.
• $35.00 rate per-hour for account coordination and account services.
• Clerical/Administration Fee billed at $0.10 per page.

INBOUND On-Going Fees:

• $1.00 Base rate per minute for inbound telemarketing services, which covers the initial 2,499 minutes of any week.
• Volume Discount: 5.0 % 2,500 to 4,999 minutes per week.
• 10.0 % 5,000 to 9,999 minutes per week.
• 15.0% 10,000 to 14,999 minutes per week.
• 20.0% 15,000 to 19,999 minutes per week.
• 25.0% 20,000 to 24,999 minutes per week.
• 30.0% 25000 to 29,999 minutes per week.
• 35.0% 30,000 or more minutes per week.
• Waive rate for voice-message option for campaign after hours.
• Free rate for data transmissions, this covers one daily transmission. Additional transmission billed at $5.00 per transmission.
• $500.00 rate for dedicated overnight personnel. The overnight shift runs from 11:00pm to 6:00am, daily.
• $35.00 rate per-hour for account coordination and account services.
• $1,150.00 minimum weekly billing.

OUTBOUND On-Going Fees:

• $28.00 base rate per-hour for outbound telemarketing services, which covers the initial 499 hours of any week.

Volume Discounts:

• 3.5 % 500 to 2,499 hours per week.
• 5.0 % 2,500 to 3,499 hours per week.
• 7.5 % 3,501 to 4,999 hours per week.
• 10.0 % 5,000 or more hours per week.
• Free rate for data transmissions, this covers one daily transmission. Additional transmission billed at $5.00 per transmission.
• $35.00 rate per-hour for account coordination and account services.
• Waive rate for voice-message option for campaign after hours.
• 50 hours minimum weekly billing.
